Richard Dawkins

Clinton Richard Dawkins (born 26 March 1941) is an English ethologist, evolutionary biologist and author. He is an emeritus fellow of New College, Oxford, and was the University of Oxford's Professor for Public Understanding of Science from 1995 until 2008. Dawkins is an atheist, and is well known for his criticism of creationism and intelligent design.

We are a very very unusual species.

I mean I think that when you've got a big brain when you find yourself planted in a world with a brain big enough to understand quite a lot of what you see around you but not everything you naturally fall to thinking about the deep mysteries. Where do we come from? Where does the world come from? Where does the universe come from?
