Steven Paul "Steve" Jobs (February 24, 1955 – October 5, 2011) was an American entrepreneur, businessman, inventor, and industrial designer. He was the co-founder, chairman, and chief executive officer (CEO) of Apple Inc. Jobs and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak are widely recognized as pioneers of the microcomputer revolution of the 1970s and 1980s.

If you are working on something exciting that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed. The vision pulls you.

Your time is limited so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. The desktop computer industry is dead. Innovation has virtually ceased. Microsoft dominates with very little innovation. That's over. Apple lost. The desktop market has entered the dark ages and it's going to be in the dark ages for the next 10 years or certainly for the rest of this decade.

I think we're having fun. I think our customers really like our products. And we're always trying to do better.

The reason we wouldn't make a seven-inch tablet isn't because we don't want to hit a price point it's because we don't think you can make a great tablet with a seven-inch screen.

Woz is living his own life now. He hasn't been around Apple for about five years. But what he did will go down in history.
