I am a man amongst men when they see Me I appear as a man. Amongst woman I am a woman. Amongst children I am a child. When alone I am God. This is the truth about Me.

All service should be regarded as an offering to God and every opportunity to serve should be welcomed as a gift from God. When service is done in this spirit it will lead to self- realization.

Love is essential to become a complete human being.

I turn you towards Divine winning your confidence your love your submission by being among you as one of yourselves one whom you can see listen to speak to touch and treat with reverence and devotion.

The Veda is bent upon the task of making him know this Truth and liberating him from this narrowness.

Anger is the harvest of the bewitching mind, it enslaves man and fogs his understanding.

If some people say there is no God it only means that they are at too great a distance to be aware of Him.

Do not teach treason to your friends and to other seekers. Dress and manners have become polished now, but the inner man has deteriorated in virtue and faith!

If you realize Love is God you will not get attached to worldly things.

True love expands the self, attachment contracts it.

Anger cannot be destroyed by anger and cruelty by cruelty.

Embodiments of Love! Do not pay attention to the day when the body was born and fulfil selfish ends by celebrating the event pompously.

Good works never languish for want of funds, the Lord will come to their rescue. Only it may take some time, do not lose heart... You should not collect money in devious ways. Help should come from pious hearts from well-earned money from persons who know and appreciate the purpose for which they give. That is why I oppose all benefit shows where you tempt people with a dance or a drama or a film and collect money for your pet plan.

Love never diminishes.

Be ever watchful to see that you strive to take in more and more of GOD into you.

The nature of the food determines the nature of one' s thoughts feelings and actions.

If every man on Earth could take with him on death even a handful of mud from the Earth, there would have been nothing much left and mud would have been rationed at so many ounces per head!

Earn the qualifications - holiness purity faith and universal love - then He will approach you on foot to console comfort and save. If you have purity of heart and mastery over the senses His Grace is your right.

Fill yourself with love. Love should express itself in service to society. You should look upon society this way. We exist for society and society exists for the good of all.

Literature is a term that cannot be applied to writings or poems that reel off tales that are false. It should not emerge from the egotistic fancies of the individual.

The honey in the flower or lotus does not crave for bees, they do not plead with the bees to come. Since they have tasted the sweetness they themselves search for the flowers and rush in. They come because of the attachment between themselves and sweetness. So too is the relationship between the woman who knows the limits and the respect she evokes.

Mind can have peace only when it merges in the Absolute Consciousness Primal Cause and the Unchanging Existence.

If the parent is a drunkard a gambler and a cheat no amount of textbook ethics can cure the sons. I like children and the young innocence. I will not allow them to be blamed. The fault lies wholly on the shoulders of the elders, the parents and the leaders who shape the norms which they imbibe.

Either the Government must have the capacity to educate and reform the people or the people must have the capacity to educate the Government.

WHATEVER is dedicated and offered to God can never be lost.

Love as Thought is Truth.

The heart with compassion is the temple of God.

From the fact that I had permitted them to announce My arrival for the function they could well have inferred that the floods would subside and that I would be in their midst for once My word goes forth it must happen accordingly. Do not doubt it. The furious waves calmed before Rama the floods went down in time for Me.

The basic lesson that each Religion teaches is to surrender to the sovereign-will of God and leave the consequences of deeds well done to the Lord Himself. It is His will and your only duty is to shape yourself into a fit instrument.

The basic Truth in all religions irrespective of country or race is one and the same.

Devotional singing induces in you a desire for experiencing the truth, to glimpse the beauty that is God, to taste the bliss that is the Self. It encourages man to dive into himself and be genuinely his real Self.

Learn to speak what you feel and act what you speak.

All gods are one. There is no difference between a Hindu and a Muslim. Mosque and temple are the same.

You have come from God.

You might ask Me to speak about My own mystery. It is not easy to understand it.

In truth you cannot understand the nature of My Reality either today or even after a thousand years of steady austerity or ardent inquiry even if all mankind joins in that effort.

YOUR friends today attach themselves not to you but to your purse or to some advantage they can gain through your father's kindness. When your purse is empty or when your father is no longer in power they bid you good-bye.

I exhort you Let Truth and Love be the goals for all your efforts and studies.

The reason is I have to act towards each section at their level.

If you see yourself in all and all in you Then you have known the Reality.

It is not enough nor is it essential that you should repeat the name of Rama loudly, respect it in the fullness of love and admiration.

Let me tell you I have never suffered nor will ever suffer ... only when I take upon myself the suffering of others do I appear to the suffering.

There is nothing wherein He is not , there is no might or right apart from Him.

Be confirmed in the faith that He is the doer of every deed. That is the genuine giving up .

From the narrow vision of 'individual need' man must voyage out into the broad vision of the 'Universal'. When a drop of water falls into the Ocean it loses its narrow individuality its name and form and assumes the form name and taste of the Ocean itself. If it seeks to live separately as a 'drop' it will soon evaporate and be reduced to non-existence.

At the present moment in the prevailing situation what is most essential is the cultivation of love. Losing love mankind has lost its humanness.

Selfless Love is only with God.

Service springs out of LOVE and it scatters LOVE in profusion.

Surrendering the fruit of action to the Lord is real sacrifice.

The refinement of an individual is measured by the yardstick of sense control.

It has been well said that the food one consumes determines one's thoughts. By eating the flesh of various animals the qualities of these animals are imbibed. How sinful is it to feed on animals which are sustained by the same five elements as human beings! This leads to demonic tendencies besides committing the sin of inflicting cruelty on animals.

Keep your home and its environs clean, it will ensure health and happiness for you and for society.

The Grace is available to all who call on Me in any name or form not merely to those who wear these gifts. Love is the bond that wins that Grace.

The Sun has no ego-sense or a sense of possession and property and no will or want or wish.

Engage yourselves rather in things that will make you immortal and serve your best interests by service to the World !

To presume that either from wealth or from kith and kin you can derive mental peace is a great error. Such peace only comes from God.

THE motherland is not a mere lump of earth. When we desire its progress we have to promote the progress of the people who dwell therein.

Too much food results in dullness of mind.

A limit should be placed on the food that we take.

What is our duty? To behave properly. That is enough.

Skill Knowledge must develop by balance into skill or else it degenerates into KILL.

Activity must be dedicated to God, the Highest Good. Then it will provide health to body and mind.

Nothing is to be used as itself for itself.

People should remain unaffected by what others may say. A true man is one who overcomes the ups and downs of life with fortitude. One should not recoil before reverses of fortunes. One should bravely face them and overcome them.

No one wants to take from me what I give abundantly.

Practice is as important for confirming one in wisdom as reading is important for confirming one in knowledge.

Remember, every song sung in praise of the Lord is a sword that cuts the knots of laziness. It is a fine piece of social service to remind all of their duty to the Almighty who watches over them.

By peace western countries mean the interval between two wars. That is no peace! When man thinks speaks and does good - peace will ensue.

The quality of one's feelings determines one's future.

In fact there is no strength superior to Love, where Love is there everything is. So you must live in God, and live in Love, then everything shall be right. You must make others also live in Love.

Feel love in every nerve.

Less talk - more work! There is too much talking going on. Because of excessive talking spiritual energy is being wasted.

The greatest fear man can have is the fear of losing GOD's Love.

Death is not a deplorable event It is the journey

O Lord take my love and let it flow in fullness of devotion to Thee.

To remove the evil of egoism service is the most efficient instrument.

Rise up to the Divine don't bring Godhead to your human and even animal levels. Do not worship God as the picture before you but worship the picture before you as God because God is in everything and can be grasped through every single symbol.

A society has to be welded into a unit by the consciousness of kinship in God.

Women are the makers of the home the nation and the world. You are the mothers who shape the generation.

Mind is but a bundle of thoughts a complex of wants and wishes.

Then who really is this I? Fire burns and also brightens. It burns things by heat and brightens them by the light it sheds. Fire is different from the things it acts upon.

Love must flow not from the tongue or from the head only but chiefly from the heart.

I shall not change my course even by a hair

Do not crave for recognition and respect from others, crave rather for winning grace from the Lord.

There is only one royal road for the spiritual journey...Love

The experience of this one life must be enough to show you that there is no joy unmixed with grief that both grief and joy are short-lived and they both depend on the mind and its control. You do not require the experience of a series of lives to grasp this patent fact.

The fault is in the mirror that reflects the mind that perceives the brain that infers. What the mirror presents as true has no authenticity. The mirror is coated with dust and its face is not plain at all. God has no maya, He has no intention or need to delude nor does He will that it should happen.

I have come to light the lamp of love in your hearts to see that it shines day by day with added luster.

My devotees see everything as their Guru.

Observe the laws of the state and be an exemplary citizen.

God is love live in love.

Always think of God and you will see what He does.

Every man desires to acquire Ananda. From where can Ananda be acquired ? Faith alone can win Ananda.

Renunciation is the power of battling against evil forces and holding the mind in check.

Any incurable disease can be cured through Love.

Man's desires and pitfalls are placed there so that I may do My work. When you give up totally then the temptations will fade. I will never give up on you. Every slip will become harder and harder to bear and less easy to remedy.

Desire destroys devotion, anger destroys wisdom, greed destroys work - hence these bad qualities must be sacrificed. With good and sweet words, keeping desires under check and control (for ultimate removal) one should start on the path of sacrifice.

If we see all actions as God

Duty without LOVE is deplorable duty with LOVE is desirable LOVE without duty is divine.

Love as Feeling is Non-violence.

Celebrate the Birthday in your own village. You need not travel long distances to where I physically am!

God is the embodiment of compassion. He watches for a grain of goodness or humility so that He can reward it with tons of grace.

When Love is combined with understanding it becomes Non-violence. Therefore whenever you feel angry think of love develop thoughts of love in your heart.

Anger is like an intoxicant, it reduces man and degrades him to the level of an animal.

Truth righteousness peace and love

When you feel you cannot do good at least desist from doing evil.

Mind is like a clear mirror but it is made impure by our desires.

Limiting birth by artificial means is an absurdly wrong step. The consequences of this act are irresponsible fatherhood or frustrated motherhood.

Start the Day with Love,Spend the Day with Love,Fill the Day with Love,End the Day with Love,This is the way to God.

Always try to put yourself in the position of the other and judge your action against the background. Then you will not be wrong.

I am the current that flows into every bulb and illuminates it. Those who see me as separate are seeing falsehood. I am in your hearts, you are in Mine. Don't be misled into doubt and distress.

You must act ever in the consciousness of your divinity and recognize in each being a brother a child of God. The whole world is one family.

Living is not enough, it has no value by itself. It is the motives the feelings the thoughts the attitudes that prompt the day to day life that matters.

God is to be recognized in all that exists all that is charming suffering blooming or drooping.

The development of the society the state and the nation is proportionate to the development of the Human

Creeds ritual religion and different theologies are all derived from man

Do not worry about the consequence, leave it to God who prompted the act and made it possible. Dedicate the act the will and the wish all to God.

Make the home a seal of harmony.

Individual spiritual practice is the negative pole and service is the positive pole. The conjunction of both poles can alone bring success. The mind carries the divine principle (the light of love) and conveys it to all who contact it.

It is when you experience another

Speak soft and sweet, sympathize with suffering and loss and ignorance, try your best to apply the salve of soothing words and timely succor.

Think before speaking, Think before acting, Then go ahead If you feel good about it.

Unity is divinity, purity is enlightenment.

Where divinity is sought after one ought always to behave in the spirit of Love devoid of the slightest trace of hate envy and anger. When one cultivates the inner look one attains the conviction of the basic equality of all.

When calamity approaches discrimination departs.

Offer service and receive love. This is the recipe for experiencing Divinity. Our love should not be confined to our kith and kin. It must extend beyond the family to society as a whole then to the nation at large and finally embrace the whole world.

There is no separate path other than knowing one's self.

To recover human values man has to take the spiritual path.

For sacred thoughts and sacred deeds sacred food is essential.

Its is Truth and Truth alone that is one's real friend relative.

You are in the Light then the Light is in you You are the Light.

You must enshrine in your hearts the spiritual urge towards light and love Wisdom and Bliss!

You must love God and avoid sin.

One who is addicted to intoxicating drinks and meat eating and leads a sensuous life is a demonic being.Such a person is intensely selfish and has no feeling or consideration for others.

Be like the Star which never wavers from the Crescent but is fixed in steady faith.

Do not be obsessed by egotism imagining that you are the cause of action everything is due to God.

Is the intention pure selfless and born out of love? Is it based on truth? Does it result in peace? If so it is a right action.

It is the mind that builds up the body strong and shiny or wastes it to skin and bone.

Surrender unto Me giving up all the other duties and obligations. I shall liberate you from all sin, do not grieve.

I have no enthusiasm to visit the houses of the people, nor have I any disinclination to do the same. I do not care for the brick and mortar structures in which you live, I care to visit and reside in your hearts.

One without health cannot achieve any small thing.

Human life is beset with ups and downs joys and sorrows. These experiences are intended to serve as guideposts for man.

Devotion is not a uniform to be worn on certain days and then to be put aside.

No Birth, No death.

If you incline towards God the passions that enslaves you will be rendered powerless.

In this phenomenal world whatever pleasures and satisfactions one may derive elsewhere if there is no joy at home it becomes a veritable hell.

Serve man until you see God in all men.

The Immortal had come in the form of Rama to show the way to Immortality.

There is a loving relationship between the Creator and the Creation.

Don't waste the elements nor misuse them.

If you will not rise above the things of the world they will rise above you.

It is not the standard of living that is important but the manner of living.

It is with faith that one should take up social service.

Marriage means your whole life a whole lifetime together not just a few days or a few weeks or a few years.

I insist on silence. Talk less talk low when you must talk. Do not thrust your sorrows your needs your problems into the ears of those who have come here with their own bundle of such things. They are not interested in adding to their troubles.

You must be a Lotus unfolding its petals when the Sun rises in the sky unaffected by the slush where it is born or even the water which sustains it!

Heart is the centre of Love and peace.

Friends who drag one away into evil habits and vicious deeds are prowling around in search of victims.

Snakes hiss, pigs grunt, and bills moo! They are asserting their ego intent on keeping others away. Of the traits of ego pride is the most poisonous. But the pride of the scholar and the vanity of Pundits are so thick that it is impossible for them to get rid of these.

Love...doesn't allow any room for pettiness or narrow outlook.

You cannot be fresh and feeling fine wearing a washed vest under an unwashed shirt, or an unwashed vest over a washed shirt. Both have to be clean to provide a sense of tingling joy. So too outer and inner cleanliness is but the reflection of the inner achievement.

The Western mind is capable of believing in Jesus as the Son of God at least on the part of some of the population but seems unable or unwilling to grasp the concept of the Avatar as an incarnation of God.

Service is your only duty.

When Love can bring even God nearer to you how can it fail where man is involved?

Love expands, it does not limit itself to boundaries.

Man has boyhood adolescence youth middle age and senescence as stages of growth, there are also corresponding stages in the growth of wisdom in him.

Engage in those activities which will please God which you feel and know will please God rather than in activities which will please you.

WITHOUT the flowers the plant yields no fruit. Without the emerging fruit ripeness cannot happen.

You are a part of His glory,

Meat eating is also very bad. If you partake animal food you will develop animal qualities. As is the food so is the head. So you should have regulation of food. Then the fourth one is gambling. Those in the spiritual field should immediately give up smoking drinking meat eating and gambling. All these four are bad qualities.

Not only 'moderns' but even those who earned distinction as the foremost Pundits those who expound to the people gathering fame use the Vedas for promoting their material well-being and not for helping them on the spiritual path. They are unable to discover the sacred task for which the Vedas exist. Whenever the chance arises they benefit by the scholarship but they are not eager or able to use the Vedas to purify their daily lives.

Whatever creature comes to you human or otherwise treat it with consideration.

He sees through all the eyes He eats through all mouths Hears through every ear.

The PEACE that pervades the heart can never be shaken for any reason, only PEACE of this kind is worthy of the name.

The whole world is governed by God and God is governed by Truth.

Old age is the fourth stage. By the time one reaches this stage of his journey he must have discovered that the joys available in this world are trivial and fleeting. He must be equipped with the higher knowledge of spiritual joy available through delving into the inner spring of Bliss. Through his experiences his heart must have softened and be filled with compassion. He has to be engrossed in promoting the progress of all beings without distinction. And he must be eager to share with others the knowledge he has accumulated and the benefit of his experiences.

Earn by your efficiency and enthusiasm The right to play higher and higher roles That is the meaning and purpose of life.

Living with God is education, Living for God is Service, Living in God is Realization.

Hello. Do not greet anybody when the heart is filled with anger, distrust etc. Have instead a pure hollow from which a wholehearted Hello emanates.

Only when the four work together do you get the light.

God designed in different faiths, adored by different human communities, are all limbs of the One God that really is.

When the people become good the world will become good.

When the yearning for living ends there can be no more birth.

Man is a prisoner of his senses as long as these two keep him under guard.

No one can liberate you for no one has bound you, you hold on to the nettle of worldly pleasures and you weep for pain. The kite is pursued by the crows so long as it carries the fish in its beak it twists and turns in the sky trying to last and it drops the fish. That moment it is free. So give up the attachment to the senses, then grief and worry can harass you no more.

This is bad, this is good - can such judgments be ever made about anything in God's creation when all are manifestations of His will?

Modesty and devotion to God are real jewels for woman kind. The feminine is the foundation on which a peaceful and happy world is to be raised.

The reforming process involves the removal in daily living of bad conduct and bad habits and the practice of good conduct and good deeds.

I think of my people day and night. I say their names over and over.

Truth sacrifice and peace are predominant qualities in women.

All levels of consciousness have to be purified and then directed to holy tasks.

God thinks plans and resolves in all heads

When you have God come amongst you to support and sustain you why grovel through crude vulgar entities? Avoid places where they bargain in terms of gifts donations for Spiritual guidance and Transmission.

You are not one person but three The one you think you are,The one others think you are,The one you really are.

If you have the inclination to do good work God will give you the time to do good things.

God is worshipped only in pictures images idols.

Love of the country is the basis on which you can build love for the world community.

Man seeks to change the foods available in nature to suit his tastes thereby putting an end to the very essence of life contained in them.

If one' s conduct is to be right and proper one should carefully observe the disciplines regarding diet.

If there is righteousness in the heart there will be beauty in the character.

Of all the human values three are most important. The foremost is love of God. Where there is love there is sacrifice. There arises purity of heart. There should be a fusion of love sacrifice and purity. They are not mere human qualities. They constitute vital organs of a human being. They are as essential for a human being as the head hands and legs for the body. Without these attributes no one is a complete human being.

If you do not want to part with what you have do not lie and claim that you have nothing but decline politely saying that circumstances or your own desires prevent you.

The reasoning faculty must be employed to distinguish between the limited and the unlimited the Temporary and the Eternal.

Men seek the causes for death but no one seeks the Divine source of life.

God is without birth and death and is an eternal witness, you must strive hard to earn the love of God.

The Avatar is a child to the children a boy to the boys a man among men a woman among women so that the Avatar

Man's heart is the temple Divine.

One can imbibe those lessons only to the extent of one's patience and intelligent skill.

Pure heart is compared to the Himalayas to the ocean of Milk to a chariot for the Divine.

Expect for one I do not ask for anything. That which I ask in for is your love That I gave to you before time began as your sole possession.

Wealth that you hoard is not yours, wealth that you have given is really yours.

You can call me on the phone but I will not be available for all those who do not have the sincere and steady yearning for the Lord. For those who say No you are not my Lord I say

Knowledge that is not put into practice is like food that is not digested.

The beauty of life depends upon our good habits.

Before you speak think -Is it necessary? Is it true? Is it kind? Will it hurt anyone? Will it improve on the silence?

You may be seeing me today for the first time but you are all old acquaintances for Me. I know you through and through.

There is sweet water inside a tender coconut. Who poured the water inside the coconut? Was it the work of any man? No. Only the Divine can do such a thing.

Virtue is the wealth to be won.

God is omnipotent. All powerful

Love is the light that guides the feet of man in the wilderness.

From the time of our birth till the time this body perishes we are making many attempts to earn money and acquire food. In this process of amassing wealth we are adopting means and methods which are adopted also by the birds and animals.

God is all Names and all forms.

Love as Understanding is Peace.

They found that the Vedas contain the secrets of all the arts which confer progress on man.

In America Russia and even in Afghanistan the Universities are not only themselves eager to introduce Sanskrit as a subject of study but they are being pressed by scholars to do so! Foreigners are revering these texts from India as gems of lucky discovery.

Philosophy that cannot be understood scriptures that are not practiced - it is a waste of time to talk of them.

Be like the lions in the spiritual field rule over the forest of the senses and roam fearlessly with full faith in victory.

You say enjoy , but it is when you end joy that you can really enjoy.

Now you worship His Form you repeat His name, ignoring His orders. Without practicing the discipline laid down by Rama to purify the mind all else is mere show empty rituals.

If you safeguard Righteousness it will in its turn safeguard us.

It is the body attachment which is responsible for fights.

The face has to be washed day after day. One meal is not the end of the story, you have to eat again and again.

Death happens to the body with which it is associated with which it mixes. The delusion that the body is the core that the body is real that verily is the death.

I stay by the side of whoever repeats my name.

Sacrifice is sweeter than engagement...

God will show His love. He is kind to all.

Bliss is God.

YOU find some one parade all of a sudden some -ism- as new and revolutionary socialism for example.

Offer all bitterness in the sacred Fire and emerge grand great and godly.

Only that which is got by hard effort will yield lasting benefit.

Parents are given that name because it is through them that we have the wonderful chance of life on earth. For the sacrifices that they have made for us we must PAY RENTS to them.

Life would be stale if there were no trials and difficulties. It is these difficulties which bring out the human values in man.

If a man wants to cultivate human values he has to apply the manure of spirituality to his heart water it with love so that human values will grow.

If you identify yourselves with the body that you carry about with you you are inviting sorrow and suffering to overwhelm you instead of the joy and peace which are awaiting to bless you.

God is not to be spoken of as coming down or going up since HE is everywhere.

The goal is one, for all roads must lead to the One God.

You have not known even a fragment of My reality. The full nature of this reality can never be understood by anyone.

The proof of rain is in the wetness of the ground, the proof of devotion is in the peace the aspirant has attained.

Every sense is an outlet for the energy of man in a direction that binds him to the objective world.

Examine your mind your thoughts, do not seek the fault ridden person.

God is in every word of yours Every deed and thought.

Love alone can overcome obstacles however many and mighty.

I have been stressing the vital importance of people giving up this habit of eating non-vegetarian food even from my boyhood days. Meat eating fosters animal qualities in man making him descend to the demoniac level, it is a heart-rending sight to see cows being slaughtered to serve as food for man.

Food should not be too salty too hot too bitter too sweet too sour.

GOD is the doer, you are but the instrument.

There is no living being without the spark of love, even a mad man loves something or somebody.

O Lord take my hands and let them work incessantly for Thee.

See the divine in the human being.

When the road ends and the goal is gained, the pilgrim finds that he has traveled only from himself to himself.

I am in You You are in Me There is no distance or distinction.

Diamond Why do you seek a diamond to give you joy? Seek instead the state of DIE MIND which will give you pure and lasting joy.

Not through wealth can Immortality be won, it can be won only through renunciation.

Do not throw coins when beggars stretch their hands for alms, help them to become self-reliant. Provide food and shelter love and care for the sick and aged.

Duty is God, Work is worship. Even the tiniest work is a flower placed at the Feet of God.

The service of man is the only means by which you can serve GOD.

The teachers of tomorrow are the students of today.

It is a fact that plants also have life like animals. But animals are endowed with mind and nervous systems too while the plants do not possess the same.

Service is divine - It makes life worthwhile.

God plays pranks and directs He causes tears and quenches tears He cures madness and inflicts madness.

A man who has no love in him is as barren as a cloud with no moisture a tree with no fruits or a cow yielding no milk, he is ever far from God and can never earn His Grace.

Greed yields only sorrow, contentment is best.

The fire of hatred that was burning in them was cooled, and darkness gave place to the dawn of wisdom. The sky showered raindrops to soften the earth and lay down dust. How can the lament operate against the Divine Will?

Have faith in yourself. When you have no faith in the wave how can you get faith in the ocean?

Do not worry about anything. Place yourself fully at His disposal He knows. He has written the Play and He knows how it will end and how it will go on. Yours is but to act and retire. The Lord alone is aware of the Play for His is the Plan! You see only the part of the Play on the stage and so it is all very confused. When the entire story is unfolded then you will appreciate His plan not until then, for that you will have to get behind the screen of Maya and contact the Director Himself.

Whenever you undertake to do something do it thoroughly or not at all.

You should never go against the law of the land. We must follow the letter of the law.

Whatever acts a good or bad man may do the fruits thereof follow him and will never stop pursuing him.

Your duty is to serve not search for faults.

God is Omnipresent. Present everywhere.

Spiritual discipline grows only in a field fertilized by Love.

God will not ask you when and where you did service? He will ask with what motive did you do it? What was the intention that prompted you? You may weigh the service and boast of its quantity. But God seeks quality - the quality of heart the purity of mind the holiness of motive.

The Avatar appears to be human and we are misled into thinking of him in these terms but the Avatar himself warns us against this error.

You cannot see ME but I am the light you see by. You cannot hear ME but I am the sound you hear by. You cannot know ME but I am the truth by which you live.
